Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home residential sales experience (preferred remodeling, roofing, windows, bathrooms)
• Proven success in commission-based sales
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Self-starter with growth mindset
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, VA
• Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored exterior and interior home improvement solutions
• Lead customers through our sales process and proven systems
• Collaborate with sales support to maximize success
