Job summary

Elephant Energy in Boston is seeking an experienced Account Executive (Home Comfort Advisor) to guide customers through electrification, design customized home systems, educate on rebates, and close deals with a smooth handoff to project management.

You will manage the full sales cycle, meet monthly and quarterly targets, conduct virtual or in-home consultations, and stay current on heat pumps and building science while promoting a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing consultative sales roles in home services/energy.
• Experience selling to homeowners and interpreting technical information.
• Ability to articulate rebates and financing options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell personalized electrification solutions for customers.
• Own the customer journey from initial contact to signed contract.
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead virtual or in-home consultations to assess needs and build trust.
• Educate customers about timelines, installation processes, and outcomes.
• Develop the market by community engagement and staying informed on market needs.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
