Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking an Assessor to perform in-home assessments for elderly clients in the Lancaster, CA area. Assessments occur at clients' homes and cover non-medical care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping.

The role includes paid travel time, a 30-minute assessment window, and a flexible schedule across 8am–8pm, with weekends acceptable. Compensation is $40/hour on a per diem basis; background checks and TB testing are required if not already

Qualifications

• Experience performing in-home assessments.
• Ability to explain non-medical care needs clearly to clients.
• Willing to undergo background check and TB testing as required.
