Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking individuals to perform in-home assessments for elderly clients in the Redding, CA region. Assessments involve speaking with clients at their homes and completing health care assessment forms. Flexible scheduling is offered, with work possible 8am–8pm and weekends.

Travel time is paid at $40/hour and TB testing is required if not recently completed. We started a contract with a large referral source, so demand will grow as more clients enter the program.

Qualifications

• Experience with assessments required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments of elderly clients in the Redding, CA region (within a 2 hour drive).
• Talk with clients at their home and fill out health care assessment documents.
• Coordinate travel time payment and ensure assessments are completed within 3–5 days of notification.
