Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking an Assessor to conduct in-home assessments for elderly clients located within a 2 hour drive of Glendale, AZ. Assessments are 30 minutes, with travel time paid at $40/hour, and flexible scheduling is available 8am–8pm, seven days a week.

The role offers $40/hour per diem with paid drive time and client visits. TB screening and background checks are required. This is a part-time position that can complement other work and may start soon.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments of elderly clients.
• Ask questions about non-medical care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning).
