Empowered Services in Yamhill County is hiring an entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide consistent, structured care for individuals of all ages in the community. No prior DSP experience required and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying).

Responsibilities

• Support daily living routines (meals, hygiene, organization).
• Assist with community access (shopping, errands, outings).
• Provide emotional regulation support using calm, structured approaches.
