Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home care in West Chester, PA. The role focuses on enabling independence, daily living support, and safety in the client's home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior DSP, caregiver, PCA, HHA, CNA or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation.
• Support clients in achieving independence and personal goals.
• Monitor progress and document observations.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Coordinate with families and care teams.
