Job summary

Innovative Care Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. This part-time DSP will provide essential daily living support for clients in their homes, assist with personal care tasks, and help with grocery shopping, meals, and a clean living environment.

You will commute to client homes, transport to appointments, and document care activities while administering prescribed medications as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
