Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Registered Nurse for home therapies, including in-home dialysis and patient home visits. The role requires a minimum of 1 year RN experience and offers 32 hours per week with benefits eligibility.

Entry-level RN in the Home Therapies CAP program, with extensive training provided, will support assessment, education, and coordination of care for patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Entry-level RN with nephrology/home dialysis exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home dialysis care per protocol and coordinate with the physician.
• Assess and document patient needs, education, and progress.
• Train patients and families in home dialysis procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and team leadership.
