Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident purchasing decisions on a full-time basis. You’ll receive company-provided appointments, a training program, and the potential for uncapped earnings from day one.

You’ll travel locally within your defined territory, manage your own schedule, and build relationships through referrals while delivering an outstanding customer experience from the initial visit

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales helps
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust
• Comfortable working independently in the field and in clients' homes

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments
• Create design solutions aligned with client styles and budgets
• Guide clients through the purchasing process and close sales in the home
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Develop business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first visit to installation
