• Proven success in sales, ideally in home improvement or design-related fields.
• Experience in consultative sales and high-consideration purchases.
• Ability to build trust with diverse customers and guide decisions.
• Comfort discussing pricing and moving customers toward purchase.
• Strong organization, time-management, and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for window coverings across Orleans and Jefferson Parishes.
• Understand customer style, budget, privacy, light-control and functional needs.
• Recommend blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and other window treatments.
• Present products clearly, provide quotes and facilitate orders.
• Follow up with customers who do not purchase in the initial meeting.
• Maintain organized pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Handoff completed orders to operations team for installation.
