American Standard Home Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the United States. You will meet homeowners through pre-set appointments and build showers in our proprietary software to show customers the final result.

Responsibilities include running three appointments daily, conducting in-home consultations, and closing projects with integrity while leveraging coaching tools and leadership support to grow your skills and earnings.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex products clearly to homeowners.
• Proven closing and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 pre-set, qualified appointments, five days a week—no prospecting required.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and close projects with integrity.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and training tools for coaching and skill development.
• Represent American Standard with empathy, ensuring homeowner confidence.
