Job summary

American Standard Home Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners through pre-set, qualified appointments. You will build the shower in our proprietary software to show customers what their new shower will look like and close projects with integrity.

You’ll run three pre-set appointments each day, five days a week, with no prospecting required. A consultative closer’s mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this performance-driven role.

Qualifications

• Comfort with digital presentations, estimates, and contracts.

• Professionalism includes reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 pre-set, qualified appointments, five days a week — no prospecting required.
• Conduct in-home design consultations using our sales system, present product options, and close projects with integrity.
• Partner with Sales Manager and virtual training tools for coaching, weekly check-ins, and skill development.
• Represent American Standard with expertise and empathy, ensuring homeowners feel confident and cared for.
