You will use a consultative approach, rely on pre-set leads, enjoy uncapped earnings, and receive virtual training and ongoing coaching from your Sales Manager, with a flexible schedule and strong support.

Qualifications

• Must have consultative closing mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex products and build trust with homeowners.
• Comfort with digital presentations, estimates, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments five days a week.
• Conduct in-home design consultations using our sales system.
• Present product options and close projects with integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and virtual training tools.
