Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an energetic in-home sales consultant to visit customers in their homes, consult on the best product fit, and present our range of window and door solutions. You will leverage company leads, product samples, and coaching to close deals.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion, with a focus on honest assessment and meeting customer needs. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Prior experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a plus.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs (windows, patio doors, entries).
• Offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options using our sales methodology.
• Close sales with provided leads and industry-leading product samples and support.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish of the project.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, and solution-focused closing skills.
