Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking driven sales professionals to visit customers in their homes, assess needs, and present replacement windows and doors. You will use our sales method and product samples to build rapport and close deals.

No cold calling, provided leads, paid training for seven weeks, and a full-time schedule Monday through Saturday. A high school diploma and 2 years of in-home or external sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Prior experience within the home improvement or construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven track record of closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs.
• Build rapport with customers to offer window, patio door, and entry door options.
• Utilize training, tools, and our sales methodology to close the sale.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and active listening to meet customer needs.
