Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking a results-driven in-home sales consultant to grow our high-end window and door business. You will visit customers in their homes, identify the best product options, and present our premium replacement solutions with our proven sales approach.

You will benefit from paid training, ongoing coaching, and uncapped commissions with no cold calling. A high school diploma and 2+ years of in-home or outside sales are required, as well as a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of In-Home or Outside Sales experience required.
• Prior experience in Home Improvement or Construction is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Teamwork mindset and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product options that best fit their needs (windows, doors).
• Use our sales methodology to build rapport and close the sale.
• Provide excellent customer service from start to finish of the project.
• Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist closing deals.
