Job summary

Roof Depot in Augusta, GA is seeking an energetic Project Consultant for in-home design consultations in residential improvements. The role is fully commission-based with high earning potential, bonuses, car allowance, and fuel card.

You will guide homeowners through product selections, present tailored options, and manage the quoting and ordering process while collaborating with sales leadership and representing the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred in home improvement or construction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations to assess customer needs and present product options.
• Deliver professional presentations with measurements, product demonstrations, and pricing.
• Serve as the primary contact through quoting and ordering to ensure a smooth experience.
• Represent the America’s Best Choice brand at events and local engagements.
• Achieve weekly appointment and sales targets with a strong close rate and satisfaction.
