West Shore Home seeks an in-home Sales Consultant in Minneapolis, MN. You will deliver the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements for bathrooms, floors, windows, and doors, with a rotating Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat schedule and warm leads.

The role emphasizes a one-call close process, team training, and a base salary with uncapped commission, aiming for strong earnings in a customer-facing environment. Bilingual or veterans welcome; strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person or remotely.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience or related roles; recent grads welcome.
• Smartphone or device required for company systems and two-factor login.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Tue–Sat alternating).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
