Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Minneapolis, MN. You will meet with customers at their homes, present our bathroom, flooring, windows and doors solutions, and close sales based on customer needs and budget.

Enjoy a rotating schedule, pre-set warm leads, and a path to earning up to $200K+ in your first year through base pay, uncapped commission, and annual bonuses. Benefits include health, 401(k) with match, HSA, PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; open to grads from retail/hospitality.
• Must own a smartphone to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM & Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Meet with customers at their homes and present product options and installation quality.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities.
• Lead generation is not required as leads are warm and pre-set.
