3 Day Blinds is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful window treatments, and guide customers to confident purchasing decisions. You’ll work with company-provided appointments and receive four weeks of paid training to start your high-impact career.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to close sales in home visits.
• Willing to travel locally and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to assess needs and propose window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your own schedule and follow-ups.
• Generate referrals and network locally.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience from first visit to installation.
