3 Day Blinds is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit. Enjoy company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll manage your own schedule, build relationships, and close sales on-site with flexible weekend availability, earning $70K–$100K+ with top performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and guide clients to decisions.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes and assess needs for window treatments.
• Propose design solutions that fit style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from first visit to installation.
