Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful window treatments, and guide them to a confident purchase on the first visit in Florida. You’ll use company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential to build a high-impact career from day one.

As a field-based role, you’ll manage your own schedule, travel locally, and develop referrals while delivering an exceptional home-design experience from consultation

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
