3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant, you meet clients in their homes to design and close sales on window treatments, using company-provided appointments and three weeks of paid training.

You’ll build relationships, manage your schedule, and grow income through referrals. The role emphasizes in-home visits, field travel, and uncapped commissions within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer service; fast-paced client-facing roles; no design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
