Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail welcome.
• No prior design experience required — training provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in homes to assess needs and propose window treatments.
• Create design solutions within client budgets.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver excellent customer experience from first visit to installation.
