3 Day Blinds is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, help design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions. You will travel to client locations with company-provided appointments and complete three weeks of paid training.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or similar fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required — training will be provided.
• Must be comfortable working in the field and meeting clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
