Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant, you’ll meet clients in their homes, helping them select beautiful, custom window treatments and guiding them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll have what you need for a high-impact career from day one.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail.
• Ability to travel locally and manage a field-based schedule.
• Weekend availability and the ability to work 4 days during the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
