Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail.
• Willing to travel locally; territory is your office.
• Reliable transportation.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
