Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. As a Design Consultant, you'll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training, you'll build your own schedule, earn uncapped commissions, and enjoy full benefits as you grow with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and manage own schedule.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
