3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes across Greensboro, NC, helping design beautiful, custom window treatments and guiding them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You will work with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, with travel within your territory. Full benefits and a strong career growth path are offered.

Qualifications

Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
Flexible to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
