3 Day Blinds in the United States is seeking energetic Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions on a single visit. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll build a high-impact career from day one.

You'll meet clients in homes, design beautiful solutions, and close sales while managing your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and able to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
