3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom window treatments. As a Design Consultant you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful treatments, and guide buyers to confident decisions in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build a high-impact career from day one, in a role that combines design with direct sales.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willing to travel locally and manage a territory independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to close sales in-home.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and suggest window treatments.
• Design simple, tailored solutions within client budgets.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales on-site.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit to installation.
