Job summary

APEX WINDOWS & BATH is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet homeowners, assess their remodeling needs, and present customized solutions. You will guide customers from interest to purchase, leveraging our design software and product training.

This is a full-time, W-2 position with benefits in Arizona. You’ll work with a supportive team, participate in ongoing coaching, and build a rewarding sales career in home improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivation, discipline, and personal accountability.
• Confidence in presenting solutions and asking for the sale.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but attitude and aptitude matter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate remodeling solutions
• Present our products, installation process, warranties, and company advantages
• Design projects using our presentation and design software
• Confidently present proposals, address concerns, and secure sales
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, follow-through, and customer service
