Job summary

Apex Windows & Bath is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) in Arizona. This full-time W-2 position focuses on meeting homeowners, understanding needs, and presenting remodeling solutions in their homes.

You will guide customers through the design and purchasing process, coordinating with our team and utilizing presentation and design software. Prior sales experience is preferred, but attitude and aptitude are valued highly.

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required if attitude is right.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with prospective customers.
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend remodeling solutions.
• Present products, installation process, warranties, and advantages.
• Design projects using our presentation and design software.
• Confidently present proposals, address concerns, and secure sales.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, follow-through, and customer service.
