Job summary

Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design bath and shower solutions, and present pricing using an iPad and proprietary software.

This full-time, commission-based W-2 position offers $100,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential with pre-qualified appointments and ongoing weekly coaching, training, and a proven sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional presentation style.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-disciplined.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad.
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software.
• Present pricing and product options.
