Job summary

Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom solutions. The role focuses on selling and closing without cold calling, door-to-door efforts, or self-generated leads, supported by company-generated appointments.

The position offers a commission-based W-2 structure with $100,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential and ongoing training, coaching, and access to proven sales processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad.
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software.
• Present pricing and product options.
• Close sales and meet performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Follow our proven sales process and best practices.
