Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom solutions that fit their needs. This role combines consultative sales with hands-on design using our proprietary software, delivered in customers’ homes.

The position is full-time, W-2, commission-based, with an earning potential of $100,000-$150,000+ annually. No cold calling and no door-to-door selling. Training and ongoing coaching accompany career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software
• Present pricing and product options
• Close sales and meet performance goals
• Build strong relationships with homeowners
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Follow our proven sales process and best practices
