Job summary

Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom solutions using our proprietary software. This full-time, W-2 role offers commission-based earnings and no door-to-door selling.

You will present pricing, close sales, and attend weekly trainings to drive performance. Pre-qualified appointments are provided so you can focus on selling and closing in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional presentation style.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and self-disciplined.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad.
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software.
• Present pricing and product options.
• Close sales and meet performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Follow our proven sales process and best practices.
