Job summary

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a Jr. Design Consultant to lead in-home consultations, identify homeowners’ needs, and recommend remodeling solutions for windows and siding.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, with in-home sales experience strongly preferred and a demonstrated track record of performance required.
• Window, siding, home improvement, remodeling, or related sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Sales & Design: Conduct professional in-home consultations, understand homeowners' needs, and recommend remodeling solutions that align with their goals, preferences, and budgets.
• Sales & Design Proposals: Develop compelling proposals for windows and siding products that improve the appearance, comfort, functionality, and value of customers' homes.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales and project process, providing clear communication and an exceptional customer experience.
• Project Support & Quality Control: Conduct job-site visits when needed, help ensure installation quality, address customer questions, and provide support throughout the project.
• Customer Feedback & Referrals: Follow up with homeowners to gather feedback, request online reviews from satisfied customers, and generate referrals that contribute to future business.
• Neighborhood Canvassing: Visit neighborhoods where Lifetime is actively completing window installations. Introduce yourself to surrounding homeowners, explain the work taking place in the area, and identify potential interest in window replacement.
• Sam's Club Lead Generation: Work at designated Sam's Club locations throughout Los Angeles County to engage members, introduce them to Solhaven Premium Vinyl Windows, educate homeowners about Lifetime's products, and generate qualified appointments.
• Appointment Setting: Establish meaningful conversations with prospective customers and ensure qualified homeowners understand what to expect during their in-home consultation.
• Business Development: Build relationships with HOAs, realtors, and other local organizations to expand Lifetime's customer base and create additional sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Lifetime's window and siding products, installation process, and competitive advantages.
