Apex Windows & Baths is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design bathroom solutions. You will present pricing, close sales, and build lasting relationships, all from in-home appointments with no cold calling.

A commission-based W-2 with structured training and weekly meetings ensures ongoing coaching and growth. This full-time role focuses on selling and closing, using proprietary software to tailor bath designs and deliver a top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional presentation style.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to attend weekly sales meetings and training.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver our proven sales presentation using an iPad.
• Design customized bath and shower solutions using proprietary software.
• Present pricing and product options; close sales and meet performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
