Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment.
• You have closed before.
• You ask good questions and listen before you solve.
• You are comfortable with silence when someone is thinking.
• You track your own numbers and aim to beat your own targets.

Responsibilities

• Sit with homeowners to understand their problem, design a solution, present the price, and close.
• Handle objections and guide the customer through the decision-making moment.
• Follow a structured process with company-provided leads and ramp support.
