Closet Factory in Houston is seeking design-minded professionals to transform client spaces into functional works of art. This 100% commission role rewards your design instincts, listening skills and ability to present compelling solutions, with income uncapped based on performance.

You will be given company-generated leads, attend four appointments weekly in clients' homes, and access training and support to sharpen your sales and design skills within our 40-year national-brand framework.

Qualifications

• Experience translating client needs into design concepts.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to sell and guide clients through design processes.

Responsibilities

• Turn client spaces into organized design solutions.
• Host 4 appointments per week in clients' homes.
• Manage leads scheduled by the company using provided software.
