Job summary

Calm Water & Bath is hiring multiple In-Home Design Consultants in the South Jersey area. Pay ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 per year, based on performance and sales commissions, with PTO and a bonus structure.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available, including a mentor-apprentice program for growth. As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will run home appointments, discuss bathroom spaces, create designs within client budgets, present designs, finalize contracts, and capture

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to travel and meet with clients throughout South Jersey.
• Genuine desire to achieve success and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments at clients' homes across South Jersey (Mon-Fri 10:00, 14:00, 18:00; Sat-Sun 10:00, 14:00).
• Communicate with clients about their bath spaces and remodeling needs.
• Ask in-depth questions to learn client desires and design baths within interests and budgets.
• Present designs, answer questions, and adjust as needed to maximize satisfaction.
• Draw up contracts, take home photos, and obtain project approvals.

What You'll Tackle As Our In-Home Design Consultant:

• Running appointments at homes throughout South Jersey (appointment times are Monday - Friday, 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 6:00 pm, and Saturday - Sunday, 10:00 am and 2:00 pm)


• Professionally communicating with potential clients about their desired bath spaces and residential remodeling needs


• Asking thoughtful, in-depth questions to learn about the client's desires and creating bathroom designs according to their interests, styles, and budgets


• Presenting designs to clients, answering questions, and making adjustments as needed to maximize satisfaction


• Drawing up detailed contracts, taking home photos, and gaining approval for the project
