Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Current Ohio Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Criminal Background verification clearance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and supervise adults with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with persons served and staff.
• Verbal and written communication proficiency, and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Must have at least 1 year of healthcare experience or experience with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide transportation as needed.
• Ensure safety equipment is in good working order.
• Responsible for individual supervision and support.
• Documentation including transportation, billing and program records.
• Contribute to regular staff meetings.
