Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections in Colorado seeks licensed therapists and social workers to join our crisis stabilization team. You will provide urgent behavioral health interventions to individuals in holds and help transition to ongoing in-home clinical services, working with a multidisciplinary team and reporting to a licensed clinical supervisor.

This in-person role requires Colorado licensure or eligibility, experience with diverse populations, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Colorado licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with diverse populations, trauma, and crisis stabilization supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and in-home behavioral health services within community settings.
• Coordinate care with schools, primary care, and other partners.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with jail staff and community providers for JBBS duties.
