Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections in Colorado is seeking a Community Adult Program Clinician to provide comprehensive, person-centered therapy in community settings. You’ll conduct evaluations, plan treatment, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy aligned with CBT/DBT modalities, aiming to improve overall well‑being.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, pursue licensure, and help clients access housing, transportation, and other supports, while maintaining top‑of‑licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure within one month of employment (preliminary license acceptable).
• Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and current licenses.
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/clinical service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, depending on location.
• Willingness to travel to homes/communities and hold driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered therapeutic services in community-based settings.
• Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy; CBT/DBT modalities.
• Work at the top of licensure; collaborate with care managers and multidisciplinary team.
• Document thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA.
