Job summary

Broad River Retail is seeking a Service Craftsman to service customers in their homes and repair case goods, leather, marble and upholstery. You will assess damages, select repair methods, and deliver world-class customer service with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have hands-on craftsmanship skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and operate with professionalism while documenting work and staying organized. Training is onsite with eventual work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with wood, leather, marble, fabric and upholstery repairs.
• Color matching and blending skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

**IN HOME CRAFTSMAN****AT A GLANCE:**Broad River Retail is currently seeking for a Service Craftsman to join our Customer Experience Team.
