Broad River Retail is seeking a Service Craftsman to join our Customer Experience Team. The role involves servicing customers by assessing and repairing furniture in the customer's home, including wood, leather, fabric, marble, and upholstery.

You should demonstrate craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities while delivering superior customer service. This role offers a salary around $50K with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with wood, leather, marble, fabric, and upholstery.
• Ability to color match and blend.
• Experience with wood repairs including burn-ins and wood graining.
• Experience with leather repairs including scuffs, holes, and tears.
• Experience with upholstery repairs, including structural/mechanism replacements.
• Strong cognitive skills; able to learn quickly and multitask.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class customer service while assessing and repairing furniture in customers' homes.
• Assess damages and select repair methods for wood, leather, fabric, marble, and upholstery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed for reporting and analytics.
