Broad River Retail is seeking a Service Craftsman to join our Customer Experience Team. The role involves servicing customers in their homes by assessing damages and repairing case goods, leather, marble, and upholstery to departmental standards.

You will repair, color-match, and document work while delivering world-class service and maintaining high attention to detail. This is a work-from-home role after onsite training, with opportunities for growth within a top Ashley Furniture licensee.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with wood, leather, marble, fabric, and upholstery.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and time management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class customer service while assessing and repairing furniture in customers' homes.
