Job summary

Optigen in Salinas/Monterey CA is seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our in-home CPAP team. You will set up PAP equipment, educate patients, and ensure equipment functions correctly in their homes, traveling to patient residences as needed.

Requirements include a current State Respiratory Therapy license, at least two years of home CPAP/BiLevel experience, and the ability to use a personal vehicle. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with state license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in home CPAP/BiLevel setups.
• Willingness to travel to patients’ homes for in-home CPAP setups.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle with valid license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Set up PAP equipment in patients' homes and ensure proper function.
• Educate patients on proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment.
• Travel to patient residences across the greater Salinas/Monterey area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work independently with minimal supervision.
